We need passionate and skilled doulas to join our doula team!

 

We do not currently have the doula-power to supply every inquiry with a doula, and so need to build our team!

 

Doulas that work alongside DSF are considered independent contractors, and invoice DSF for the work they do. Doulas are required to commit to our Standards of Practice as well as sign a Solidarity Commitment and Confidentiality Agreement. 

 

Doulas can join DSF as either a Tier One doula that takes on DSF clientele, or a Tier Two doula that remains involved with DSF and can attend DSF meetings, but does not take DSF Clients.

 

Both Tier One and Tier Two doulas have their private birth business information passed along to clients who contact DSF but are above our income cutoff. There are member fees associated. 

Further, Tier One DSF Doulas go through a verification process prior to taking DSF clients to ensure doulas meet minimum experience requirements, as well as have a thorough understanding of the clients DSF serves.
